The Wishing Well Family Club was created for families just like yours. Sometimes one-on-one therapy is absolutely NECESSARY, but we don’t always have the time, energy, or financial resources we need to get the most out of working with a therapist. Or sometimes we’re already working with SO MANY providers that onboarding anything else feels insurmountable.

But you deserve to feel good. You deserve to feel at ease…To feel supported.

That’s why I created the Family Club.

What is the Wishing Well Family Club?

  • It’s an online community that is designed to help you/your child/your family reach new horizons for better nervous system regulation, health, and well-being.

  • It’s an educational support system that offers small digestible bits of information across the month with simple, actionable strategies that involve little to no cost.

How do I participate in the Family Club?

  • Each month you will receive 2 emails (near the 1st and 15th of the month). Each email will have a 10-15 minute video that provides brief education about nervous system regulation along with simple, actionable strategies that you can begin incorporating into daily life. The power is in the simplicity: When we make small and simple changes, it’s easier to be consistent. The consistency leads to long, lasting positive changes!

  • Each month, you will also have the opportunity to join a live Q&A. Maybe you want to know more about a certain topic we’ve covered. Perhaps you need a little help troubleshooting how to incorporate a certain strategy. Join other Family Club members so we can learn and connect as a community!

What is the cost of the Family Club?

  • For $39/month, you will receive the Family Club emails and can join the live virtual sessions.

  • You can pause or cancel at any time.
